The Reverie is a five-star hotel in downtown Saigon. The room was in a modern, minimalist stye with an excellent city view. It is reminiscent of the view from the Hudson Yards in Manhattan, and coincidentally the hotel building is called "Times Square." The price for high-end luxury is reasonable. We ate or had drinks at the bar in the basement and on the sidewalk tables outside the bar. We also had room service a few times. The hotel food is very good. The service is also very good. There is a Michelin-star Chinese restaurant, but we didn't get around to eating there. The gym is good but not great. It has the essential nautilus machines if you improvise. The rooftop pool is spectacular.

A must-go hotel in HCMC. Having been to a few other hotels in Vietnam and seeing friends hotels in HCMC. The Reverie is truly the best here. The Breakfast was good and a variety of choices, amazing Vietnamese coffee. The staff was helpful and kind. The spa treatment was amazing, Phuong - she did an amazing job during my 3 hours spa treatment with her. I felt brand new! My husband really liked the amenities at the gym also and was able to get decent work outs in! The hotel is absolutely the most beautiful and elegant hotel in HCMC. The aesthetics are very “Crazy Rich Asians” and so beautiful and lavish. I Would return in a heartbeat.

I booked a room for my parents as their wedding anniversary’s gift and the staff surprised them with a welcome note and champagne on arrival which was lovely. After check in the staff showed us around the hotel and our room which was a nice gesture that you don’t usually get at other 5 star hotels where you’re treated like a number. We also love the daily turndown service which makes us looking forward to going back to the hotel after a long day. The customer service, deco and cleanliness of this hotel were impeccable. We would definitely come back to this hotel in our next trip to HCM!

The staff is very welcoming, the room is spacious and the service is on point. What ever we needed or asked for we were helped right away. We would definitely come again and can really recommend the hotel to anyone. Also the location and especially the views are amazing and the hotel resides in the higher floors of the times square building.

Customer service was on point, facilities up to date, convenient location to “Walking Street” and was overall one of my most enjoyable hotel experiences.
