Loved the room and location.Mostly all staff were great except for their laundry service which is an external company who didn't iron my clothes even though I paid for the service said told Concierge to get them to iron my 3 items again.I didn't speak Vietnamese so couldn't understand what Concierge & Launderette were saying. When I handed in my initial load for wash, dry & iron I was told by a bloke at Concierge that if this launderette wasn't good,he had other launderettes that cud be used but he was dishonest. When he brought my 3 items to my room later that day,he said that the launderette didn't want to iron my clothes anymore n if it was just wash n dry then I had to give 3kg of clothes which I did.1st load was 2kg n I pd VND288,000.2nd time it was 3kg without ironing included n I pd VND288,000 too?Honesty of laundry company questionable likewise 2 blokes at Concierge but other staff at Concierge were fine.Customer Service for Concierge lacking due to dishonest laundry service & the 2 blokes who were staff at Concierge. Housekeeping shd hv more English speaking maids as it's hard to ask or tell the maid anything so I always had to call the Operator on the room phone to relay any messages to HK.

I liked everything about this property. From the moment you walking in you are in a different way. The attention to detail a second to none. It feels like you’re the only person in the Hotel and the staff can’t do enough for you. This has to be magnificent Hotel we have ever stayed in. The decor is jawdropping luxurious. The swimming pool is a mosaic work of art with about 20 to 25 meter expanse so you can do laps. The breakfast bar is extensive . We didn’t have dinner or lunch at the hotel but the menus looked amazing. We like the hotel so much we are coming back in another three weeks. It’s also close to all the major tourist attractions.

thé WoW factor! this place is stunning it is truly spectacular with marble and semi precious rocks as wall faces and chandeliers. The service is unparalleled, with attention to your every need. I loved the spa and foodies should try the restaurants and cafes, one is Michelin rated. the Chinese restaurant is famous for its dim sims and I loved their red rice rolls. I had so much fun there I barely left the hotel. This place makes other 5 star places look like 2 star. I had a room on 36 level so if you don’t like heights let them know when you book. the price is reasonable for what they offer. I would definitely stay there again

The property is unique. Its over-the-top opulent with a distinctive Asian feel and we enjoyed how the designer/owner put it all together and pays attention to details. The spa was stunning and again, no detail left undone. We booked a panorama room which gave us beautiful views from the 31st floor. But what makes this place exceptional is the staff. I felt so cared for by each and every person we interacted with. The staff went above and beyond every single time we spoke to them or asked anything of them. world class service is a warm and hospitable way. (I dont like service that is excellent but snobby. )

We enjoyed our stay here as the facilities were clean, the beds were so comfy and the location was close to everything. The staff were all so pleasant and we loved enjoying our breakfast with the view of the city. We would highly recommend the spa facilities! They offer a variety of massages/packages and our experience was very relaxing. We would suggest staying in the Junior Suite as it includes a spa package and offers the most amazing views of Ho Chi Minh City at night as well as during sunrise/sunset.
